The company behind Milky Choc Balls is Bite Society and it has an inspiring mission – (1) make tasty vegan goods that are affordable, (2) be radically transparent and (3) inspire other vegan projects to change the world.

Founder Simon Newstead became vegan more than a decade ago, after learning about the dire impact the animal agriculture industry has on animals, the environment and fellow humans. After being involved in vegan campaigning for many years, Simon decided he could have the biggest impact in food activism by creating high quality plant-based food that could compete with mainstream alternatives on taste and price. With The Bite Society, he’s set out to do just that.

Bite Society has launched two products this year into Australia and Hong Kong – Milky Crunchy Choc Balls (100g bag) and Milky Crispy Choc Block (40g bar). Both products are all vegan, cruelty free and free from palm-oil, use fairly traded cocoa, certified anti slave/child labour and pro living wage and education.
